The Ultimate Playbook--- David Henriks has developed an excellent coaching tool at http://coachtrack.com. I found this Playbook to be light, practical, and functional for basketball coaches. The dry erase board can be customized with your own logo and is virtually indestructible. The Ultimate Playbook is an all-in-one organizer for the coach.

I have the Ultimate Playbook Portfolio and would highly recommend it to all coaches. It is practical, light weight, and the diagram board is excellent. It is a way to be totally organized as a coach at home, practice, or game..........one of the best new products out there, in my opinion.

The Ultimate Playbook is a very well thought out product for coaches at any level. It is practical and very well made. The dry eraser feature is perfect for a game situation or just sitting around the office with my assistant coach.  I will certainly be recommending the Ultimate Playbook to my coaching associates.

I found the Coach Track system is an easy way to keep important papers, business cards, pens and pencils in one easy very light weight system.  Since the dry erase board is built in I also have the ability to show plays, defenses etc, to my players, with very little effort. I also take it to talk with other coaches instead of writing on napkins (the old days).
 
We purchased the boards for our Coaching Clinic and got a great response from the Professional and Division 1 coaches who received them as gifts.  I think this is something unique for every program and it is worth looking into.

I am a basketball/volleyball official and I saw your playbook ad in Referee magazine and decided to order it.  I actually ordered two of them so I don’t have to switch them between my two referee bags.  They are fantastic.  There is room for the rule and case books as well as the officiating manual.  I also keep my schedule, roster, evaluation sheets, and other information in there including Referee magazine and a smaller pre-game board.  The notepad included is great for taking notes in meetings or when watching games.  The personal imprint is a nice touch to finish off a classy product.  The playbook adds a touch of professionalism.  I recommend this to officials in every sport. We purchased The Ultimate Playbook Dry Erase Portfolios for all of the coaches in our league and they were very well received.  First of all, they were quite surprised at the pre-season coaches meeting when they all got one and thought it was a wonderful gesture of thanks for their volunteer time.  During the season I have not seen any of them without it at their games.  They have them all of the time and use them exactly as they are designed.

A great tool for coaches.  A great gift to say thank you for a job well done in the thankless job of volunteer youth sports!
